GNG103 Pole-Mounted Transfer Machine

The pole-type transfer machine is used for horizontal transport of fully loaded pallets, allowing for a 90° turn. Rollers act as the conveyor, with the power station for the conveyor rollers located below them. This structure is suitable for extra-large pallets (1.5-2.5m wide) and extra-heavy pallets (2000-4000kg). Due to the large span and weight, pallets are prone to uneven weight distribution. Therefore, the guide mechanism is eliminated, and a connecting rod and rotating sleeve structure is used for simultaneous lifting to eliminate jamming caused by uneven weight distribution.
