Pallet sorting machines are mainly used in pallet conveying systems. They are used in conjunction with various conveyors to collect empty pallets from or distribute them onto the conveyor line. Primarily composed of a screw lifting mechanism and cylinder fork plates, this model only has lifting, stacking, or destacking functions and needs to be used in conjunction with a chain conveyor or roller conveyor. This equipment can also be used for stacking and destacking empty pallets.
Stacking: Empty pallets on the conveyor line are conveyed one by one to the pallet sorting machine, automatically stacking them into a pile (usually 10 pallets).
Destacking: The operation is the opposite of the pallet sorting machine; the stacked pallets are separated and sent out one by one as needed.
